What happens if I miss my monthly facial treatment?
No worries! Monthly membership treatments roll over and are banked to your account for future use.
What’s included in the $99 New Client Facial?
You can choose between a Dermaplane Peel or a Dermaplane Jelly Facial. Both options include a thorough skin evaluation and extractions. You and your aesthetician will assess and decide at the time of treatment.
What’s the difference between the Signature and Deluxe Hydrafacial?
Signature Hydrafacial (60 mins): Includes dermaplane and a jelly mask. Deluxe Hydrafacial (90 mins): Includes dermaplane, a customized booster, jelly mask, and LED light therapy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $75 fee.
Are your treatments pregnancy-safe?
Most of our treatments are pregnancy-safe, except Microneedling, VirtueRF, and BioRe Peel. We always recommend checking with your doctor before booking.
Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
Yes, all memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment.
Are memberships and packages transferable?
No, memberships and packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased them.
Do you have Gift Cards?
Yes we do! You can purchase them on our Services page.
